Join Knownwell CEO David DeWolf and Tercera CMO and partner Michelle Swan as they reveal the challenges and opportunities for client retention in the AI era
How AI gives professional services companies a competitive edge
The landscape for client retention and growth has fundamentally changed—largely due to AI. In this roundtable discussion, we reveal the challenges and opportunities for professional services companies that will be crucial to their success in the AI era, including:
- What executives must know to maintain client relationships and slow or reverse client churn.
- The “AI Key” to improve your operations, your clients’ experience, and build a moat around your client base.
- A surprising shift away from growth that can ensure long-term success and client satisfaction.
- A unique way to decipher complex, shifting buying patterns so your offerings stays fresh, relevant, and exciting.
- Using AI to predict client churn so you’re never caught off guard (and have a chance to save your clients before it’s too late).
- The subtle (but crucial) client experience nuance that builds rock-solid loyalty and innoculates clients against competitors.
- How to transform “too much disorganized data” into insights that enable powerful, informed decisions that propel your business forward.
- And much more…
