You Didn’t Deploy AI. You Deployed More Work.

Monday morning. The VP of Account Management is reviewing the pipeline. The AI tools have been live for six weeks. This should be the meeting where everything comes together. It isn’t.

The dashboards look better. More signals. More flags. More insights than the team has ever had. But the conversation is slower. Heavier than before. Account managers need to know that acting on AI is safe, even when it’s imperfect. That a false positive is not failure, but part of the system learning.
